Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Schedule:
- PRN (as needed)
- 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available
- Weekend availability preferred

Responsibilities: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Oversee the medications and activities of daily living of residents in the community to ensure their healthcare needs are being met.
- Performs ongoing assessment/observation of residents' physical and mental health needs.
- Coordinate with other departments and outside vendors to ensure quality care.
- Assist the DON and ED with staffing functions to include hiring, training, supervision, scheduling, and monitoring of care partners in the administration of direct care within the community.
- Perform ongoing assessment & observation of residents' physical and mental health needs.
Primary Qualifications: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Current Tennessee LPN or RN license.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English and understand and follow written and oral instructions.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass drug screen and criminal background check.
- Detail oriented and ORGANIZED,
- Demonstrated history of reliability.
