- Previous housekeeping experience required

Responsibilities:
- Immaculate Cleanliness: Clean rooms daily. Ensure guest rooms and common areas are spotless, comfortable, and inviting.
- Inspect Rooms: Assist the director of housekeeping in room inspections to ensure guests experience a great stay, and check in on time.
- Team Leadership: Keep the team motivated and performing at their highest potential, inspecting rooms and providing feedback to your fellow housekeepers.
- Teach: Must love teaching, demonstrating new hires with the best practices in the industry and abide by brand/company standards.
- Guest Satisfaction: Restock amenities and supplies, making sure our guests have everything they need for a memorable stay.
- Efficient Turnovers: Ensure efficient room turnovers and maintain high standards of cleanliness. Inspect every room according to Brand Standards.
- Excellence in Service: Uphold our commitment to providing exceptional cleanliness and service standards.
- Safety First: Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to ensure the safety, security, and comfort of our guests.
- Communication: Communicate with housekeeping, laundry, and Front Desk to ensure rooms are ready for guests on time and ahead of schedule.
