Counseling Clinician | Trauma-Focused Practice
Are you a counselor who wants to do deeper, more meaningful trauma work—and have the support to develop the skills to do it?
We’re looking for a compassionate, curious Counseling Clinician to join our growing practice. This position is an opportunity to work with clients while developing specialized skills in trauma-focused and nervous-system-informed treatment.
You don’t need to already be trained in every modality we use. We’re looking for a clinician who is eager to learn, grow, and develop a strong foundation in trauma treatment. We believe great clinicians never stop learning—and we want to invest in your growth.
Opportunities to Learn & Train In:
- EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
- Brainspotting
- Neurofeedback
- Trauma-informed and nervous-system-focused interventions
- Evidence-based approaches for PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress, and complex trauma
- Integrative approaches that recognize each client’s unique needs and healing process
Who We’re Looking For
We’d love to meet a clinician who:
- Is a licensed or provisionally licensed mental health professional (LPC, LMFT, LISW/LCSW, or applicable equivalent)
- Has a genuine interest in trauma and helping clients move beyond simply managing symptoms
- Is curious about how the brain and nervous system influence emotional health
- Is excited to learn innovative and evidence-informed treatment approaches
- Is compassionate, emotionally attuned, and genuinely present with clients
- Values collaboration, consultation, supervision, and continued professional development
- Is willing to grow alongside a team that is passionate about excellent clinical care
