Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and dietary options.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Uphold fine dining standards and provide exceptional guest services to enhance the dining experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems, such as OpenTable, is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary standards is essential.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest interaction and customer service.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
