The Country Club of Virginia is seeking team-oriented and service-minded summer employees for Pool Attendant positions. Responsibilities include checking in members and their guests, answering their questions, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Primary shifts vary between 7:30 AM-9:30 PM, Monday-Sunday. Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Benefits include free employee meals while working!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES - include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Complete opening and closing duties for the Aquatics facility, along with daily checklists
- Greet members and guests as they enter the pool gates
- Respond appropriately to member requests and feedback
- Ensure accuracy of names and account numbers of those signing into the pool
- Collect guest fees and sign in guests properly
- Ensure that amenities, including towels, are provided to each pool user
- Provide information to members and guests about policies, programs, and events throughout the Club
- Clean decks, recreation area, and furniture as needed to ensure it is free of trash, loose towels, weeds, stains, etc.
