CCV is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support the Membership Department by providing prompt responses to phone calls, addressing general email inquiries, and processing and filing documents. The ideal candidate will serve as the department's “gatekeeper” and be able to answer basic membership-related and CCV-related questions.
Essential Duties
- Maintain accurate membership records and prepare basic reports
- Respond to member inquiries and provide friendly, timely service
- Assist with member communications, mailings, and event support
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth member experiences
Education and Experience:
- College degree preferred
- Entry-level/one-year workforce experience is helpful but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Proficiency in writing is essential
- Private club exposure is helpful but not required
Schedule
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday (on-site), approximately 40 hours.
