The Country Club of Virginia is seeking friendly and customer-focused individuals to join our outside golf operation team as Cart Attendants. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our golf facilities, providing essential support to our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the maintenance and organization of golf carts and equipment
- Greeting members and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Providing assistance with loading and unloading golf bags onto carts
- Ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of the golf cart fleet
- Adhering to safety protocols and procedures while operating golf carts
Schedule:
Part-time, approximately 15-25 hours per week
Afternoon/evening and weekend availability required
Qualifications:
- A friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service
- A valid driver’s license is required to operate golf carts
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
