The Country Club of North Carolina is seeking a Banquet Captain to lead the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet events and large functions. This role oversees banquet staff and works closely with culinary teams and management to ensure events run smoothly and members receive exceptional service.
What You'll Do

Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown according to event specifications

Supervise banquet staff to ensure efficient, professional service

Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for timely food and beverage service

Maintain clean, organized banquet spaces before, during, and after events

Interact with members and guests, addressing requests and ensuring satisfaction

Review event details with event coordinators or management

Monitor banquet supplies and report equipment or inventory needs
