We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Part Time Afternoon Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of locker rooms, common areas, restrooms, and public spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment
• Handle various cleaning agents safely, adhering to safety data sheets (SDS) and chemical handling protocols
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and maintain floor care standards to ensure pristine surfaces
• Manage heavy lifting tasks such as removing garbage's, restocking towels, and restocking water when moving furniture or supplies while following manual handling safety procedures
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces regularly
• Use janitorial equipment effectively, including vacuum cleaners, mops, and cleaning tools to achieve optimal results
• Follow the clubs housekeeping management procedures and emergency protocols to ensure member safety and satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles
• Knowledge of floor cleaning techniques and sanitation standards
• Ability to handle chemical agents responsibly while understanding safety data sheets (SDS) and chemical handling procedures
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards club members and team members
• Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting of items such as garbages, towels, and water jugs and prolonged standing or walking
• Prior experience with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, laundry, and other janitorial tools is preferred
• Hospitality background or hotel experience is highly desirable for understanding member expectations and service excellence
