Cold Prep
The Country Club is seeking a motivated individual to be our cold prep individual. We're looking for an individual with previous restaurant experience. Banquet and event experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies and items
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables or preparing sauces)
- Prepping salads and sandwiches in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Answer, report and follow instructions
- Clean up station and break down station as needed
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that salads and sandwiches come out in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Skills:
- Proficient knife skills
- Understanding of various ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiar with industry’s best sanitation practices
- Ability to read a recipe
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Weekends
- No late nights
Experience:
- Service Industry: 2 years (Preferred)
