Job Summary

The Country Club at Woodmoor is looking to fill full and part time seasonal positions on the grounds staff to maintain the golf course and grounds to finish the 2026 season. Instead of having a dull job that is monotonous and indoors, come work with a fun and motivated team and get paid to work outside in the Colorado sunshine!
Responsibilities will include but not limited to: mowing greens, golf course set up, raking bunkers, line trimming, assorted mowing, divot repair, course clean up and more. We are looking for qualified individuals who are responsible, self-motivated, and will fit into a team atmosphere.
Benefits include uniforms, discounted meals, and free golf after work. Must be willing to work early mornings and some weekends as well. We work early to get the course prepared and you will have plenty of time to enjoy your summer afternoons. If you like to be outside, take pride in what you do, and don't want to be stuck in an office all day, this is the job for you!
We are looking to fill both full and part time positions and can be flexible with your schedule.

Experience

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture is highly preferred
• Proficiency in using hand tools such as pruners, shovels, rakes, and hoes
• Experience operating power tools including trimmers, blowers, mowers, and chainsaws is advantageous
• Knowledge of plant health management and basic horticultural principles is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina and attention to detail
