Essential Functions
Program Operations & Environment Management
- Oversee daily operations of the recovery residence to ensure consistency, structure, and continuity of care.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic living environment in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
- Monitor house activities and resident adherence to rules, schedules, and expectations.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs and safety checks of the property.
Resident Support & Monitoring
- Complete onboarding and orientation of new residents, including intake coordination and communication of program expectations.
- Monitor resident progress, engagement, and compliance with program requirements.
- Assist residents with the development of daily living skills and recovery-oriented routines.
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries while fostering a supportive recovery environment.
- Facilitate weekly house meetings to address resident needs, reinforce expectations, and promote a positive living environment.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all resident records, logs, and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Vendor & Resource Coordination
- Coordinate and manage vendors related to house operations (e.g., food services, maintenance, lawn care, and supplies).
- Ensure timely ordering, delivery, and appropriate use of household supplies and resources.
- Maintain effective working relationships with external service providers to support smooth operations.
Safety & Protocol Oversight
- Enforce all safety procedures and protocols for the residence.
- Monitor medication self-administration processes in accordance with agency policy.
- Respond to incidents and ensure proper documentation, reporting, and follow-up.
Logistics & Scheduling
- Coordinate resident schedules related to appointments, meetings, and program activities in conjunction with case manager and HI specialist.
- Transport residents as needed in accordance with agency guidelines.
- Ensure operational continuity and appropriate coverage within the residence.
- Serve as an on-call contact for house-related issues and respond in person when necessary.
Secondary Functions
- Provide direct support coverage in the residence as needed.
- Assist with program development and process improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in recovery support, residential services, or behavioral health
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services or a related field preferred
- Experience in sober living or residential program operations strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain insurability
- Ability to complete and maintain all required agency trainings
