The Counseling Center of Wayne and Holmes Counties is seeking an experienced, master’s level, licensed (LISW, LISW-S; LPCC, LPCC-S) for our Director of Case Management position. GENERAL DUTIES:
Manages the daily affairs of the Case Management Unit, oversees the work of unit staff, and provides direct services to program clients.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Master's level, independently licensed clinician
- Verifiable experience in managing team or unit
- Experience in adult case management
- Experience with diverse populations, payer sources including Medicaid
- Experience with audits, compliance measures, and accreditation standards
