Join our dynamic mental health team as a Licensed Social Worker or Mental Health Therapist, where you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive behavioral health services to diverse populations. The Counseling Center, Inc. (TCC)—a trusted behavioral health provider serving Otero County for more than 53 years—is expanding our clinical team. We are seeking passionate, mission‑driven New Mexico–licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW/LMSW) and Licensed Counselors (LPCC/LMHC/LPC) who are committed to improving the lives of adults, children and families, in our community. This position offers an exciting opportunity to deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, crisis intervention, within a community outpatient setting. Requirements Minimum Qualifications
Active New Mexico license: LCSW, LMSW, LPCC, LMHC.
Experience working with both adult and children is a plus.
Strong commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and client‑centered care.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Experience or interest in substance use and co‑occurring disorders is a plus.
