Clinical Supervisor (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Are you a compassionate and motivated clinician who loves supporting other therapists in their growth? Counseling Center Group is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our team!

This role includes providing internal supervision for our clinicians in the DMV area, along with the opportunity to contribute in other ways—such as through clinical work, intake, or leadership responsibilities, depending on your interests and experience.

• Licensed and approved supervisor in DC, Maryland, or Virginia (or willingness to obtain additional supervision credentials across the DMV).
• Strong grounding in one or more of our key modalities, such as DBT, EMDR, Gottman couples therapy, etc., —and enthusiasm for continued learning and integration of evidence-based approaches.
• A collaborative, flexible professional who values teamwork, growth, and high-quality client care.

The Clinical Supervisor will oversee clinical operations, provide ongoing supervision to therapists, manage case reviews, and ensure adherence to evidence-based practices. Additional responsibilities include monitoring treatment outcomes and contributing to the overall quality of the organization's care services with a strong focus on clinical excellence.
