We are seeking a Dietary Cook to join our team at The Cottages Senior Living & Memory Care. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious meals that cater to the dietary needs of our residents. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to dietary guidelines and resident preferences.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times.
- Assist in meal planning and menu development in collaboration with dietary staff.
- Manage food inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas.
- Provide exceptional service to residents during meal times, fostering a welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a cook or in a culinary role, preferably in a healthcare or assisted living setting.
