The Cottages at Garden Grove is looking for motivated RN Supervisor to join a great team in our person centered home environment. The Cottages at Garden Grove is set on a lovely campus in Cicero, NY and is made up of 12 small-home residences. This model of small-homes sets a new standard for skilled nursing and short-term rehab in CNY. These homes come complete with a sense of neighborhood and welcoming atmosphere that will make everyone who resides and works here feel at home.
We are currently looking for Evening or Night Shift Full Time or Part Time Supervisors.

Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing and a current licensure with the New York State Board of Nursing
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience in long term care preferred
