Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, windows, and furniture to ensure a spotless environment.
- Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in all public and service areas.
- Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, linens, and other supplies to meet guest needs efficiently.
- Follow established safety and cleaning protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly.
- Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them promptly.
- Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality by delivering friendly service with a positive attitude in all guest areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry room, wash and fold laundry, and assist in guest linen refresh services.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles within hotels or similar environments.
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and hospitality industry standards.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and polishers safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency in cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.

Hours 20-38 hours per week. Must be available weekends. Hours can vary anytime between 9am-7pm.
