Marketing Specialist Position
We are looking for a full-time/part-time Marketing Specialist to join our Cosmetic and Dermatology practice located in Frederick, MD. Help us continue the 5-star experiences for our clients and provide growth to future clients, increase referring providers and maintain like-minded partners.

Responsibilities:
· Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
· Create innovative marketing campaigns with statistical data and provide recommendations to management.
· Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.
· Create goals and objectives to reach customers through appropriate marketing channels
· Maintain and establish tracking for marketing activities
· Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay new products/services to customers.
· Prepare (monthly, quarterly, and annual) forecasts
· Update and maintain our website, maximize the volume of inbound traffic from search engines to a website.
Requirements:
· Proven work experience as a Marketing Specialist, Marketing Officer or similar role
· Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
· Experience with research methods using data analytics software
· Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns
· Solid computer skills, including MS Office and web analytics
· Familiarity with customer relationship management and content management system software
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· BS degree in Marketing or relevant field preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
