Specific Job Responsibilities: (Minimum)

• To clean and keep in an orderly condition building work areas and washrooms, or premises of an office, apartment house, commercial or another establishment 
• To sweep, mop or scrub, and polish floors
• To remove chips, trash, and other refuse
• To dust equipment, furniture, or fixtures
• To polish metal fixtures or trimmings
• To provide supplies and minor maintenance services
• To clean lavatories, showers, and restrooms
• You are required to perform your responsibilities as they currently exist or may change in meeting the needs of the site, under the supervision of your supervisor/manager

3. Represent The Corporate Source (TCS) in a professional and courteous manner, and to work and communicate constructively with the other members of your team. 
4. Where a question arises, to seek clarification from your supervisor, project manager, or from senior management of TCS.
5. Meet with your direct supervisor as needed to provide all materials or updates regarding work required in a timely and professional manner.
6. Immediately report to your supervisor any and all physical plant problems which may bring risk to anyone, affect the proper operation of the program, or result in noncompliance of regulations.
7. Ensure that assigned work areas are free from potential safety hazards.
8. Adhere to all policies and professional standards set forth by The Corporate Source, including but not limited to ensuring that your workplace is free of all forms of harassment, sexual harassment and discrimination. You are required to contact your supervisor, Project Manager, or the Director of Human Resources if you believe you have been subject to or observed such behaviors.
9. To be fully aware of all regulations and policies set forth in your work site’s Procedures Manual, as well as The Corporate Source’s Employee Handbook, and to participate in all required orientation and training workshops. 
10. Ability to lift 50 pounds
11. Must be able to meet all requirements for access to federal facilities, which includes presenting a REAL ID compliant license/ID, U.S. Passport, or other acceptable form of identification as required by the REAL ID Act
