Duties
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure compliance with venue policies and safety regulations
- Check identification and control access to the premises
- Respond promptly to any disturbances or conflicts, de-escalating situations when possible
- Assist in emergency situations, providing first aid or CPR if necessary
- Enforce loss prevention measures to prevent theft or damage
- Collaborate with security team members and law enforcement when required
- Maintain clear communication with staff and management regarding safety concerns
- Document incidents accurately and report any suspicious activity
Skills
- Strong conflict management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally
- First aid and CPR certification are highly desirable
- Background in law enforcement, military, security, or related fields is advantageous
- Experience in conflict resolution, surveillance, or security operations preferred
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
