Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to high standards of food safety and handling.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guests' needs and preferences with a positive and welcoming attitude.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and drinks offerings.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create special cocktails and promote our food and beverage offerings.
- Participate in inventory management and maintain an accurate count of supplies and stock.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of retail math and ensure accurate sales and revenue reporting.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to our dress code and grooming standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
