Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operations at our Premier Event Center.

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee all aspects of venue operations, including staff supervision, event coordination, and facility upkeep.
-Drive bookings through marketings, community outreach, and partnerships with local businesses Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and inventory to ensure profitablity and high-quality service.
-Lead and motivate a dedicated event staff, fostering a professional and guest-focused team culture.
-Ensure flawless event execution, delivering exceptional experiences for clients and guests. -Maintain compliance with local regulations, including health, safety, and liquor licensing requirements.
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in hospitality, event management, or venue operations, with some leadership role.
-Proven success in managing events.
-Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills.
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by event schedules.
-Familiarity with the Quincy, IL market and regional vendor networks is a plus.
