We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
We have been in business for just under 2 years now and we are growing rapidly. We want to find loyal employees to grow with us and ideally move into leadership positions within our company.
Responsibilities
- Perform order picking and fulfillment tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space to promote safety.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Handle heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper lifting techniques are used.
- Work with transmissions, torque converters, and engines. Sorting and tearing down the units.
Experience
- Previous experience in warehouse management or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts and drills.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods is essential.
- A keen attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Must be able to drive a forklift.
