What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician - Condominiums (Seasonal, Part time) position at The Coral Company?
NOTICE:
- MUST submit to and pass a drug screening prior to employment.
- MUST submit to a background screening prior to employment.
- TEMPORARY position - assignment begins mid-May and ends mid-September, 2026.
- PART-TIME position - works Saturday & Sunday 5 hours, start time 8am or 9am
- Compensation: $18.00 per hour ($19.00 with pool certification).
Summary of Position:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance & housekeeping tasks assigned are fulfilled.
- Communication & Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Repair Responsibilities for Grounds, Buildings & Mechanical Systems
- Daily Facility Walk-Through, Assessments & Basic Responsibilities
- Housekeeping Responsibilities: Daily & As Needed
Skills & Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Apartment/residential maintenance experience preferred.
- General HVAC, pool operator, and plumbing experience preferred.
- Creative problem solving.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $18.00 per hour
