We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fryer and Prep Help to join our dynamic food production team. Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, and organizing ingredients according to recipes and standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, ovens, poaching stations, braising pans, and food production machinery
- Maintain cleanliness by following strict sanitizing procedures and ensuring all work areas meet food safety standards
- Support the culinary team with high-volume food production for various service periods and catering events
- Follow recipe adherence meticulously to ensure consistency and quality in every dish served
- Handle food safely during all stages of preparation and service, including proper food handling techniques
- Assist with meal assembly, plating, and portion control for fine dining or large-scale catering events
Requirements
- Prior experience in a food service environment such as restaurants, catering, or dietary departments is required
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures is essential
- Demonstrated skills in food preparation techniques including grilling, braising, poaching, and other cooking methods
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with operating various kitchen equipment safely
- Experience with menu planning or recipe adherence is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume production settings while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting the culinary staff

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a team and grow with us. Open Monday and Tuesday 7 AM to 5 PM, closed Wednesday, Thursday-Saturday 7 AM to 5 PM and Sunday 7 AM to 3 PM.
