Duties
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients under supervision.
- Support catering and events by preparing food items and ensuring timely setup and cleanup.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces through regular cleaning routines.
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
- Buss tables by clearing dishes promptly and assisting servers as needed to ensure smooth service flow.
- Support kitchen staff with basic cooking tasks when required, contributing to meal preparation during busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending.
