The Copperfield is now hiring Line Cooks for our brand-new location opening inside the Chaska Curling & Event Center.
Pay: $19–$23/hour based on experience
Flexible shifts: mornings, afternoons, and evenings available
We’re building our opening team from the ground up and looking for dependable, hardworking team players who take pride in great food and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. This is a great opportunity to get in early, grow with a new restaurant, and be part of something exciting from day one.

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and execute menu items with consistency and attention to detail
- Set up and stock stations for service
- Assist with daily prep including chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen
- Work closely with the team to keep service running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Team player who communicates well and stays organized
- Previous kitchen experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
