The Copperfield is coming to Chaska, and this one’s a little different. We’re opening our second location inside the Chaska Curling & Event Center, where guests can enjoy great food, craft cocktails, and a one-of-a-kind view overlooking the curling rink. From busy brunches to lively nights and everything in between, we’re all about creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere where people love to gather. We’re building our opening team from the ground up and looking for people who bring positive energy, love working with others, and want to be part of something new and exciting. Now Hiring: Hosts & Baristas
As a host/barista at The Copperfield, you have the important job of greeting every guest that chooses to dine with us. A typical day in the life involves greeting guests, seating guests, answering phones, placing takeout orders, and helping bus tables. Our hosts are also cross-trained at our coffee and grab & go deli counter.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet every guest with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Manage waitlists and seat guests efficiently
- Answer phones and assist with takeout orders
- Help bus tables and support the service team as needed
- Work in our coffee and grab & go area preparing coffee drinks and assisting guests
What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing, personable, and upbeat personality
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who’s willing to jump in wherever needed
- Barista experience is a plus, but not required
