$20-$25 per Hour | Part-Time
The Copperfield is a modern neighborhood restaurant and bar connected to the Chaska Curling and Event Center. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a unique view of the curling rink right from the restaurant. We’re looking for a BOH Line Opening & Closing Supervisor to help lead our kitchen team and keep each shift running smoothly.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who knows their way around a kitchen and enjoys helping a team succeed. You’ll be responsible for opening or closing the kitchen, supporting the line team during service, and making sure food quality, cleanliness, and kitchen standards are consistently met.
What You’ll Do
- Open and/or close the kitchen and complete all required tasks
- Lead and support the BOH team during your shift
- Help keep the kitchen organized, stocked, and running efficiently
- Ensure food is prepared and presented according to Copperfield standards
- Monitor food quality, ticket times, prep, and portioning
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen throughout the shift
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous line cook experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Someone who leads by example and is willing to jump in wherever needed
