- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage reservations using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software with accuracy
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain clear communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest relations by offering local information, amenities details, and resolving issues diplomatically
- Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when managing multiple calls and directing inquiries appropriately
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a friendly manner
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve an international clientele effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques
