Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist with food handling and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food and beverage offerings.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and restrooms.
- Engage in sales activities to promote special events or menu items, enhancing the overall guest experience.
Experience
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Experience in cooking or beverage service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting are required.
