We are seeking just the right person to administer and manage a reasonably-sized portfolio of valued client condominium associations.

JOB DESCRIPTION
-Serve as managing agent to a portfolio of condominium associations.
-Meet (by Zoom and in person) periodically with the Board of Directors of each association
-Assist Boards in understanding and complying with governing documents
-Solicit comparable and competitive bids for major work
-Manage enforcement of association rules and regulations
-Guide client boards in understanding of and compliance with budgets, financial statements and reserve studies
-Offer guidance in running effective meetings
-Assist in development of association policies, regulations and rules
-Manage on-site personnel (if any)
-Recommend needed maintenance and coordinate vendors
-Draft correspondence on behalf of client board

OTHER
You must have at least an AA degree. Preference will be given to a higher degree.
You should have at least three years experience doing this same job
CMCA designation or higher preferred
Driver’s license, car, and ability to drive to client properties required
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
