Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
Performs skilled millwork and wood window work. Responsible for the building of custom cabinetry, millwork with a focus on wood windows. Maintain knowledge in the operation and maintenance of all woodworking related tools and machinery.
· Demonstrated mastery of all joining and wood working
· Ensure all jobs are completed within project specifications, on time and within budget.
· Ensure that the highest quality and customer service standards are always met.
· Provide training for Apprentices as requested.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Graduation from an accredited high school, GED or equivalent job experience. Three or more years as a Woodworker. Ability to read and work from shop drawings.
