Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing clients through inbound and outbound calls, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Manage client accounts efficiently using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Process orders accurately using order processing tools, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and enhance customer experiences
- Utilize data-driven decision making to identify sales opportunities, track performance metrics, and improve service delivery
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly by applying effective problem-solving techniques, ensuring positive client relationships

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management within a SaaS (Software as a Service) environment or similar industry

- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis purposes
