As a Replenishment Analyst at The Cookware Company, you will support our largest retail partners by optimizing inventory management and sales data performance across key accounts, including Walmart and Sam’s Club. This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time, driving in-stock performance, improving forecast accuracy, and supporting strategic business decisions.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and action-driven, with a strong track record of executing against replenishment, inventory, and supply chain goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

What You’ll Do
- Manage inventory by actively working with retail partners to manage orders, recommend forecast adjustments, identify inventory opportunities, and develop solutions to supply chain gaps.
- Work closely with Demand Planning and Supply Planning teams to align on customer forecasts and execute against agreed-upon plans.
- Partner with retailer replenishment teams to address forecast recommendations, out-of-stocks (OOS), and broader supply chain concerns.
- Compile, analyze, and clearly communicate insights from large and complex data sets to support sound business decisions.
- Help develop and maintain analytical dashboards that track customer point-of-sale (POS) performance and inventory health.
- Provide weekly reporting recaps including sales performance, in-stocks, supply plan execution, OTIF, and SQEP metrics.
- Deliver ad hoc analytical support and insight generation for presentations and decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Business Leadership.
- Manage new item creation processes for Walmart (Item 360) and Sam’s Club (IDM), ensuring accuracy and on-time execution.

You Have…
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in CPG replenishment, supply chain, or sales operations within Mass or Club channels
- Strong preference for Walmart and Sam’s Club experience
- Working knowledge of Walmart systems, including Retail Link, Scintilla, Supplier One, Madrid, NOVA, IDM, and OTIF
- Familiarity with syndicated data sources (Circana/IRI/Nielsen) and standard sales performance metrics
- Experience tracking and evaluating promotional and non-promotional strategies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Prior experience in inventory management or supply chain functions
- Ability to travel up to 10%

- Remote position with occasional travel to NY offices or other locations as needed.
