Must be:
- 18 or older to apply
-Available to work weekends (non-negotiable!)
Pay starts at $15.49/hr an extra $2–$4/hr in tips
-No baking experience necessary – we’ll teach you!

Our Bae-kers are the heart of The Cookie Connect. As a Bae-ker, you’re more than a team member – you’re an ambassador for #theconnect, delivering great vibes and delicious treats with every shift. You’ll work closely with our Chip Leads (shift leaders) who keep everything running smoothly and are always there to help.
