Associate Attorney – Fort Lauderdale

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing defense files from inception through resolution
- Developing effective defense strategies
- Preparing pleadings, motions, and written discovery
- Conducting and defending depositions
- Preparing and arguing motions
- Communicating regularly with clients and insurance carriers
- Assisting with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings

Qualifications
The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment. They are receptive to feedback, eager to learn, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
Requirements include:
- Admission to the Florida Bar
- 1–5 years of litigation experience (defense litigation preferred)
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
