You will play a critical role in producing high-quality fabricated metal components that directly support our field operations. How You Will Make An Impact
- Fabricate and assemble metal components using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes based on strict project specifications.
- Interpret complex shop drawings and field measurements to produce accurate, high-quality custom metal work.
- Operate industrial fabrication equipment including band saws, presses, shears, and grinders to prepare materials for assembly.
- Validate that all fabricated components meet company quality standards and project requirements prior to site deployment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment by adhering to rigorous housekeeping and safety protocols.
- Execute field modifications or assisted installations when necessary to support demanding project timelines.
- Inspect finished welds and structures for integrity, proactively identifying and correcting any technical deficiencies.
- Proven experience as a welder or metal fabricator within a construction or manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and precision measurements.
- Proficiency in MIG and Stick welding techniques with a focus on structural integrity.
- Expertise in working with structural steel, aluminum, and miscellaneous metals.
- Valid driver's license and a consistent, reliable work history.
- Current Welding certifications (AWS or equivalent).
- Advanced TIG welding experience.
- Familiarity with OSHA shop safety standards and advanced layout mathematics.
