How You Will Make An Impact
- Install complex below-grade waterproofing systems in strict accordance with project plans and safety protocols.
- Apply high-performance, above-grade weather barriers to protect structures from environmental elements.
- Perform building and site caulking to ensure complete, high-quality sealants across project structures.
- Prepare diverse surfaces and meticulously install waterproofing materials to prevent leaks and structural hazards.
- Interpret detailed project drawings and technical specifications to ensure highly accurate field execution.
- Maintain strict quality, site cleanliness, and safety standards to ensure overall project transparency and safety.
- Coordinate tasks effectively with the crew to maintain strict project timelines and budgets.
- Minimum of 2 years of dedicated leadership or field experience specifically within the commercial waterproofing field.
- Proven proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed project drawings, specifications, and construction schedules.
- Demonstrated experience with building/site caulking, below-grade waterproofing systems, and commercial weather barriers.
- Absolute reliability in attendance and the physical capability necessary for managing demanding field documentation and heavy construction work.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated mindset with a positive attitude and a strong, team-oriented work ethic.
- Completion of a formal waterproofing apprenticeship program or equivalent field-certified technical training.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising or training junior crew members in a field environment.
- Advanced knowledge of specialty coatings, complex sealant systems, and specialized commercial installations.
