Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify materials against purchase orders, and inspect for damages.
- Organize and maintain an orderly warehouse, ensuring that all materials and tools are stored safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and stage materials for field crews based on pull sheets and project needs.
- Coordinate with Purchasing and Field teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts and full inventory audits.
- Track and document material usage, damages, and returns.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained, labeled, and available for field operations.
- Load and unload trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and organization.
- Support basic administrative tasks related to inventory control as needed.
- Assist with other projects or warehouse duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Operations leadership.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification a plus, or willing to obtain).
- Basic computer skills; experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and within a team.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred (construction/electrical supply experience is a plus).
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and perform physical work in varying conditions.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
