Key Responsibilities
- Perform precision tuck pointing and mortar joint restoration on brick, stone, and block surfaces
- Remove old mortar using hand and power tools
- Match mortar color and joint profiles for seamless appearance
- Clean and prepare surfaces before and after work is completed
- Work on both residential and commercial structures, including facades, chimneys, and walls
- Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule
- Read and follow project plans and instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow safety standards and company procedures at all times
- Minimum 3 years of tuck pointing or related masonry experience
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated
