Key Responsibilities
- Manage on-site execution of commercial/retail construction projects.
- Ensure adherence to construction schedules, specifications, and plans.
- Lead and coordinate 16 subcontractor trades.
- Maintain site safety and enforce OSHA standards; conduct safety meetings and inspections.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.
- Address field issues, including poor workmanship, disputes, and scheduling delays.
- Implement quality control measures and problem-solving strategies.
- Maintain project documentation, daily reports, progress photos, and videos.
- Support project planning and ensure proactive risk management.
- Minimum 3 years as Superintendent for a General Contractor in commercial/retail projects.
- Proven experience managing subcontractors and on-site teams.
- Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and OSHA compliance.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel 75-100% to project sites nationwide.
- Must possess a valid OSHA 30 certification.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
