Job Overview

The Contractor Consultants is seeking experienced and driven Electrical Foreman to lead our commercial electrical field operations. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role ideal for self-starters who thrive in fast-paced job sites. As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising crews of 3-5 electricians, managing daily worksite operations, interpreting blueprints, installing and laying out electrical systems, and maintaining a high standard of quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of 3-5 electricians on commercial job sites
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
• Lay out and install electrical systems including boxes, conduits, and panels
• Make up and wire electrical panels with accuracy
• Coordinate and attend weekly meetings with General Contractors (GCs)
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and job site protocols
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and provide technical solutions on the job
• Communicate job progress and challenges to management
• Work collaboratively with team members and independently when required
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience
• Strong understanding of electrical theory and principles
• Proficient in reading blueprints and electrical layouts
• Experience leading electrical teams or job crews
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and site safety standards
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to continuously learn and improve
