Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of 3-5 electricians on commercial job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
- Lay out and install electrical systems including boxes, conduits, and panels
- Make up and wire electrical panels with accuracy
- Coordinate and attend weekly meetings with General Contractors (GCs)
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and job site protocols
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and provide technical solutions on the job
- Communicate job progress and challenges to management
- Work collaboratively with team members and independently when required
- Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience
- Strong understanding of electrical theory and principles
- Proficient in reading blueprints and electrical layouts
- Experience leading electrical teams or job crews
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and site safety standards
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to continuously learn and improve
- Hourly pay: $35-$45 per hour
