- Execute daily construction tasks including rough carpentry and the installation of new foundation systems under expert guidance.
- Assist skilled leads in the restoration and retrofitting of residential structures to ensure project precision.
- Maintain a safe and organized job site by managing tools, materials, and equipment effectively.
- Navigate and work within tight crawlspace environments to perform essential structural upgrades and repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while upholding the company's high standards for quality.
- Participate in ongoing technical training to fast-track your proficiency in specialized foundation repair methods.
- Basic understanding of general construction principles and the ability to follow technical instructions.
- Absolute willingness and physical ability to work in tight crawlspace environments under houses.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to reach various job sites.
- Strong work ethic with a dependable, "do it right the first time" mentality.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- 1 year of experience in a construction, labor, or trades-related field.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Any prior exposure to rough carpentry or working in confined spaces.
