- Project Scope: Residential and Light Commercial HVAC Diagnostics, Maintenance, and System Upgrades.
- Mandatory Licences & Certifications: Valid Driver's License, EPA 608 Certification.

How You Will Make An Impact
- Deliver a world-class customer experience by clearly communicating diagnostic findings and system options.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair residential split, package, and ductless mini-split HVAC systems efficiently.
- Advise clients on critical system upgrades, air quality improvements, and preventative maintenance service plans.
- Maintain an exceptionally professional image and consistently execute the branded front-line service system.
- Manage accurate digital documentation of service calls and system metrics using company-provided mobile devices.
- Resolve real-time technical field challenges safely while operating in demanding spaces like attics and crawl spaces.
- Proven field experience performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on residential HVAC systems.
- Active EPA 608 certification required at the time of hire to handle regulated refrigerants.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for direct, professional customer interactions.
- Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly during standard equipment service operations.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required to operate company fleet vehicles.
- Completion of a formal HVAC Trade Program or equivalent technical certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of dedicated work experience within the mechanical and HVAC trade.
- Demonstrated field experience working with commercial refrigeration systems or light commercial equipment.
- Bi-weekly pay cycle with performance-based spiffs, commission, and project bonuses.
