- Build rapid, authentic rapport with contractors, construction owners and corporate buyers.
- Manage the full relationship lifecycle: onboarding handoff, 45-day check-ins and annual renewal support.
- Cultivate a referral pipeline by becoming a trusted advisor to your book of business.
- Adapt with confidence as the product, process and model evolve — because they will.
- 3 years closing high-ticket B2B deals — five-figure contracts, not transactional volume. Closing, not pitching.
- Multi-call sales experience — you understand deal velocity and can hold urgency across a short cycle.
- Advanced CRM ownership (HubSpot or Salesforce) — your pipeline is your P&L.
- Money confidence — you discuss price, ROI and payment without flinching.
- “Cracking the card” — you've taken payment over the phone and you don't apologize for it.
- Small-team DNA — you've thrived in high-growth, fast-changing environments, not Fortune 500 bureaucracy.
- A construction background — selling to contractors, the trades, or adjacent industries.
- Remote closing experience.
- Based in CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, MD, MA, MO, NJ, PA, TX, WI, where much of our prospect base sits.
- Experience in recruitment, staffing or HR-tech sales.
- Measure twice, cut once. You move fast but not sloppy. Prep matters.
