Key Responsibilities
- Perform roofing repairs on residential properties
- Install and repair siding, fascia, soffits, and other exterior finishes
- Assist with carpentry work as needed on various residential projects
- Conduct site assessments and identify material needs
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Operate company tools and equipment responsibly
- Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors
- Drive company vehicle to and from job sites
- Minimum 3 years of experience in roofing, siding, or carpentry preferred (willing to train)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs and work in outdoor environments
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Competitive hourly pay ($20–$30/hour)
