Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems and light commercial projects
- Perform service calls, troubleshoot issues, and provide professional, customer-focused solutions
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Ensure all work complies with NEC and local codes
- Accurately track time, materials, and job progress using company technology
- Communicate clearly with clients, supervisors, and team members
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
- Uphold safety standards at all times
- Required: Oklahoma Residential Electrical Journeyman License (or equivalent)
- 3-4 years of proven experience in residential and service work
- 1-2 years of experience in light commercial electrical work
- Strong knowledge of NEC, local codes, and safe work practices
- Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues independently
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders, lifts, and in varied weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
- Ability to pass a background check (completed in compliance with applicable laws)
- Customer-Focused: Provides professional, courteous service on every job
- Independent Worker: Able to handle tasks with minimal supervision
- Problem-Solver: Efficiently diagnoses and resolves issues on service calls
