How You Will Make An Impact
- Manage comprehensive bidding processes, invoice approvals, and cost tracking to keep residential builds precisely on budget.
- Coordinate master construction schedules alongside field operations to ensure flawless execution and zero downtime.
- Sync directly with subcontractors, suppliers, and Superintendents to align material drop schedules with build milestones.
- Mitigate critical project risks and address site resource delays proactively before they impact delivery timelines.
- Act as the central communication liaison between field crews, material vendors, corporate stakeholders, and homeowners.
- Review subcontractor invoices, manage complex change orders, and enforce compliance across all active project documentation.
- 5 or more years of proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and operations in residential construction.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of handling competitive bidding processes and financial approvals.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Advanced proficiency using construction project management software such as Buildertrend, Procore, or Microsoft Project.
- Valid professional credentials such as an OSHA 30 certification or a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
